Unable to download MMS Messages - Microsoft Community
I am currently unable to send or receive MMS messages via signal. I have posted the relevant logs below: Device: motorola Moto G (cm_falcon) Android: (e55eda, cm_falcon-userdebug MMB29U e55eda test-keys) Memory: · I can't download or send MMS when my Wifi is enabled. I am on T-Mobile's Network. When trying to download an MMS I am given the message that "this message cannot be retrieved at this time". When trying to send a message the MMS just continuously shows that it . · MMS on pretty much all version of Android get buggy without warning. These occur due to changes in APN settings. to go to APN settings Settings-->more-->Mobile networks-->Access point names. I suggest you call AT&T customer care from another mobile as you need this one to edit the APN fields. This will take us into the regular settings for your messaging app. Here, you’ll want to tap Advanced and make sure Auto-download MMS is turned on. Also, check the setting right above it and verify.
